Description
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable professional to provide executive-level administrative support. This role is essential in managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of executive and administrative support functions, including but not limited to:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring meetings, deadlines, and priorities are organized and prepared in advance.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and client communications, including scheduling and follow-ups.
- Track expenses, receipts, purchase orders, and administrative records accurately.
- Maintain digital filing systems and assist in improving internal administrative and project management processes.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support
- 4+ years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or executive support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience scheduling, coordinating, and communicating with multiple stakeholders

Education
