Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to provide high-level administrative and operational support. This role is critical to maintaining efficient day-to-day operations through effective scheduling, coordination, documentation, and communication in a fast-paced work environment.
Duties
The successful candidate will support executive and office operations through the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Manage and organize executive calendars, ensuring meetings, deadlines, and priorities are scheduled and prepared in advance
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and client communications, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Track and manage expenses, receipts, purchase orders, and administrative records with accuracy
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills, experience, and attributes:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience providing executive or senior-level administrative support
- 4 or more years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or operations-focused role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach
- Excellent organizational abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Education
The successful candidate should meet the following educational criteria:

- Education or formal training in administration, business, or office management is preferred
